Detection Principle

The fluorecare® Folate test kit utilizes fluorescence immunochromatographic assay technology based on a competitive method. The signal intensity is inversely proportional to the folate concentration and is detected and analyzed by the fluorecare® immunofluorescence analyzer, enabling accurate and quantitative measurement.
