Rare Disease Day is a globally coordinated awareness movement dedicated to the millions of people living with rare diseases around the world. Each year on the last day of February, we come together to raise visibility for conditions that are often overlooked by healthcare systems and society.

The 2026 campaign carries the message “More Than You Can Imagine” — highlighting both the scale of the rare disease community and the progress that becomes possible when barriers to diagnosis, treatment, research, and participation are removed.
