SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein Test Kit (Fluorescence Immunoassay) uses colloidal gold labeling technology and membrane chromatography to detect the new coronavirus Sprotein in the sample. It has the advantages of fast detection speed and simple operation, and therefore can be used for large-scale screening anytime and anywhere. In addition, the assay does not require special training or laboratory supplies, and can be used as an epidemic emergency product. In contrast, the fluorescence PCR method and the chemiluminescence method have a high degree of automation,which greatly reduces the contamination from manual operation. However, these two methoda are difficult to implement in places without relevant equipment and instruments, and requires trained and competent operators.
