SCCA(Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen) is a group of glycoproteins with molecular weight around 45kDa,belonging to the family of serine/cysteine-protease inhibitors.SCCA can be used in the differential diagnosis of NSCLC,particularly for squamous cell cancer,preferably in combination with CEA and CYFRA 21-1.
